Maritime Operator

We are looking for a professional to join the Maritime Agency division based in BARI.
Activities
Plan, organize, control the arrival, departure of ships
Use various portals and software to manage ship and cargo files
Supervise cargo loading/unloading operations by interfacing with various parties including Port Terminals, Harbour Master, Port Authority etc.
Coordinate and manage the loading and unloading of spare parts and supplies on board ship
Coordinating and managing the loading and unloading of seafarers, technicians and superintendents
Managing bookings, boarding orders, bills of lading for various ship owners and agency clients
Execution and management of land transports
Administrative and accounting closures
Drafting of reports
Requirements
High school diploma
Knowledge of written and spoken English level B2
Knowledge of Office package
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Availability for port assignments including visits on board ships
