RINA is currently recruiting for a Marine Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the RINA Marine Digital Solutions Division.MissionThe Engineer for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) develops models and performs CFD calculations according to required standards. Furthermore, the role has the responsibility of testing the Maine Legacy Systems (i.e. Leonardo SHIP and Leonardo INFO), assessing and ensuring that the new developments meet the specified requirements. #LI-MB4Key AccountabilitiesCFD Analysis: - Conducting in-depth computational fluid dynamics simulations to model and analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and related phenomena within marine structures, such as ships, offshore platforms, or other maritime systems.- Performing seakeeping and mooring analyses.Regulatory Compliance: - Ensuring that CFD analyses adhere to the rules, guidelines, and standards set by the classification society and relevant regulatory bodies.
