Marcom Specialist - Italian Market Location: Ecully, Lyon (Part-Time)
Position Overview:
As a key member of the South Europe Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the Marcom strategy in Italy, driving effective marketing and communication campaigns, and supporting initiatives that create value for both users and customers. Utilizing a variety of tools such as websites, email marketing, and social media, your efforts will be focused on enhancing the customer journey and optimizing ROI. Additionally, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth execution of daily sales and marketing activities.
You will work closely with colleagues across South Europe, with the marketing teams based in Ecully and Porto, and collaborate regularly with teams in Budrio, Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the annual marketing and communication plan, adapting strategies for the Italian market. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to manage budget planning. Localize and adapt global marketing materials (catalogs, price lists, digital campaigns) to align with the South Europe strategy, including managing translations, content updates, and sharing with the team. Plan and coordinate events either internally with the team or externally with customers. Monitor and report on marketing expenses, while continuously improving the effectiveness of advertising, digital, and promotional activities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Content Marketing & Digital Strategy:
Strong understanding of brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications and channels. Manage and regularly update the Italian website content in partnership with global teams. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing. Support Italian digital marketing local campaigns by producing high-quality content (interviews, newsletters, etc.). Experience using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and measure ROI. Sales & Marketing Support:
Respond to customer needs by delivering marketing materials for events, workshops, and seminars. Assist with additional sales and marketing activities as required. Who You Are:
3-5 years of experience in marketing communications (Marcom), ideally within an international environment. Strong communication skills and proven experience in digital marketing are essential. Collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently. Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented self-starter. Willingness to travel up to 20% (2-3 days per month). Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus. Application ends 8th November 2024.
