All about the role: We are looking for a Manufacturing Sustainability Project Manager that will work within the BA Europe-Asia Pacific Operations Sustainability team. In this role, you will be a key actor in updating our Sustainability strategy dynamically and executing it while reaching the main yearly milestones towards scope 1&2 operations carbon neutrality by 2033.
In detail you will: You will be the technical and managerial reference for the EU sites regarding Sustainability projects assuring their implementation together with other functions and external suppliers. You will be the reference for the sector for what concerns Sustainability projects especially regarding energy efficiency, decarbonization, phasing out fossil fuels and increasing usage of renewable sources. Analyse critical KPI's and assist with development of yearly improvement plans and goal setting. Assist Operations sites with the certification of ISO50001 and conduct tracking of implementation to report gaps or improvements required. Investigate new technologies to be included in best practices and take the lead on specific projects assigned to you. Work with manufacturing engineering organization to ensure energy efficiency for new projects and processes. Who you are: Engineering degree or technical diploma. Min 10 years working within Operations Sustainability or Manufacturing Engineering areas. Theoretical and operational knowledge of industrial technologies like Painting and Enamelling processes. Strong skills regarding Energy management and Scope 1&2 decarbonization of operations. Knowledge in Environmental and Safety aspects, lean concept and problem solving skills. Experience in project management is a must (Min 10 years). You have excellent presentation and communication skills. Required languages: written and spoken Fluent English and good local language (where you are located). Where you will be based: You could be based in any of the Electrolux Operations sites across Europe.
