Mission

The Manufacturing Strategy Specialist is responsible for supporting strategic Operation decisions at the Group level, with a primary focus on Footprint and Verticalization. This role serves as the central support for the development of strategic business cases and acts as the main link between Operations and other central areas during strategic discussions.

Main Responsibilities

Consolidate volume/demand information from all three platforms and connect with line capacities, serving as the direct link between Operations, Sales, and S&OP.Conduct capacity studies and support the development of the 5-Year Strategy Review at the Group level.Support the development and validation of business cases.Consolidate idle capacity and assets information at the Group level.Consolidate all Verticalization initiatives at the Group level, acting as the direct link between Operations and Direct Procurement.Validate Transformation Cost information and analyze verticalization business cases.Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Administration, or a similar field.5 years of experience in contexts with similar dynamics in operations.Project management (proficient level).Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).Presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.).Finance/Accounting (sufficient experience to support the development of complex business cases).Soft Skills
