PosizioneThis is an exciting post-graduate or thesis internship opportunity that will allow you to build up your expertise and develop your professional skills in an innovative environment.You will be part of the Operations Department and will collaborate on a project related to the internal testing process of converting lines.
In particular, the project aims to introduce standard statistical tools for measuring data related to the internal testing of machinery.Key responsibilitiesYou will learn the general principles of converting lines, the internal testing process as well as the processes and logic of the production areasYou will analyze and map the current internal testing protocol, including current documentation and reportingYou will interface with several colleagues from the Production and Operations areas, such as the testing team, the technical office, standardization, project management and digital team.You will identify and analyze product quality data as well as machine and component performance to define important test analysis indicatorsTogether with your tutor and team, you will define opportunities to improve the test protocol by improving current analysis tools with standard statistical tools for proper monitoring of internal testingYou will draft documentation and reporting for internal or customer useYou will learn and apply Lean Six Sigma techniques and work management tools (such as SAP, minitab, etc.
