In your role as **Manufacturing Plant Human Resources** you will work closely with the Plant Director and his direct reports.
You ensure optimal strengths and talents in the manufacturing Plant to execute HR strategy and to achieve the desired business results. You create, implement and monitor HR processes and policies by working with the relevant stakeholders.
**Your main responsibilities include**:
- Manage the recruiting process from A to Z, ensuring the HR needs both for WC and BC positions
- Manage the annual labour costs budgeting process for the manufacturing Plant
- Manage all contractual and administrative activities according to the Company Policies and the Italian law regulations in collaboration with HR Administration department.
- Guarantee the alignment of the HR processes to the Corporate guidelines such as Pre-On-Off Boarding, Performance Management, Salary Review and Talent Review
- Support the day by day HR activities, including data analysis, internal communications, business travel and expense management, compensation & benefits, absenteeism management, employee grievances & disciplinary procedures, low performer management, etc.
- Manage the Industrial Relations with Unions.
- Ensure tracking and management of HR KPI with a special focus on labor cost.
- Define development initiatives and ensure the implementation of the mandatory trainings foreseen for the manufacturing plant.
**Requirements**:
You hold a Master Degree in Human Resource and have developed your HR experience in a medium size manufacturing environment. You have a solid 3-5 years of experience in growing HR roles, and have quite a good knowledge of lean manufacturing methods/WCM and expertise in Industrial Relations. You have excellent Italian and English verbal and written communication skills. Your MS office and SAP knowledge is good. Entrepreneurship, problem solving, flexibility and a strong adaptability, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills complete your profile.
