**Planning**: Define the production planning in the short, medium, and long term by allocating the quantities to be produced over time, based on the sales forecasts, taking into account both the production capacity and the structure and crossing times of materials and finished products, up to quality control and shipment to the customer.
**Programming**: In collaboration with Production, define raw material requirements necessary for production batches based on customer requests, based on the defined scheduling and the level of stocks and quality criteria and defined procedures.
Establish close working relationships with the production department in order to improve efficiency and optimize capacity and to recognize opportunities to maximize sales and profits.
Closely co-operate with all departments and inform changes are made to the production plan or needs to be amended.
Maintain and provide accurate and timely data in respect of raw/packing materials labor/machine time and other related cost elements to enable meaningful cost accounting and variance analysis vs. pre-set budget costs.
**Reporting**:
Ensuring activity monitoring, presenting the order situation to Finance through specific monthly reports, and periodically checking the monthly service level, based on the indicators defined with the outstanding.
Measure and report conformance to production plans to enable the business to maintain customer service level whilst minimizing obsolescence.
