Our client is a Multinational Manufacturing company operating in the vehicle Industry, part of a Group with a worldwide presence and a fast-growing business. We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager.



Your role
The candidate will be included in the Manufacturing Team where, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, she/he will manage:

Investments New product industrialization Facilities management Efficiency and productivity improvement and maintenance Equipment installation and maintenance Budget administration More deeply she/he will have to manage:

Maintain and improve work analysis data in day-to-day production Manage facilities in order to ensure proper allocation of resources and optimal usage Issues and maintain/improve times and methods in running operations with constant feedback Maintain equipment and tooling at quality level ensuring proper maintenance Support Plant Director for all technical issues Pursuing and assuring the continuous improvement in Lean Manufacturing logics What you need to have success

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering or equivalent culture

• Plants and working tools

• Excellent computer skills

• The profile is completed by good problem solving, analytical, communication and relationship skills and autonomy in carrying out one's activities connected to the spirit of teamwork.
