Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Your new company
Our client is a Multinational Manufacturing company operating in the vehicle Industry, part of a Group with a worldwide presence and a fast growing business. We are looking for a a Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
Your role
The candidate will be included in the Manufacturing Team where, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, she/he will manage:
Investments;
New product industrialization;
Facilities management;
Efficiency and productivity improvement and maintenance;
Equipment installation and maintenance;
Budget administration.
More deeply she/he will have to manage:
Maintain and improve work analysis data in day by day production;
Manage facilities in order to ensure proper allocation of resources and optimal usage;
Issues and maintain/improves times and methods in running operations with constant feedback;
Maintain equipment and tooling at quality level ensuring proper maintenance;
Support Plant Director for all technical issues;
Pursuing and assuring the continuous improvement in Lean Manufacturing logics.
What you need to have success
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineer, Management Engineering or equivalent culture;
At least seven years of experience in similar roles and in the automotive sector;
The profile is completed by good problem solving, analytical, communication and relationship skills and autonomy in carrying out one's activities connected to the spirit of teamwork.
