We're currently looking for an excited and talented Manufacturing Engineering Engineer to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:
Define through specific technical specifications the characteristics that the equipment and test benches that will be built must have; Collaborate with suppliers of machinery and equipment for the installation (lay-out), start-up and operation of machines; Design machinery and production equipment using a CAD system; Participate in the project FMEA and develop, jointly with the cross-functional development team, the process FMEA for the assigned project; Collaborate with the department responsible for identifying/solving problems related to processing/assembly to ensure the quality of the product over time; Optimize production processes in correlation with quality/cost objectives; Collaborate with the Quality department in the definition of control plans on the finished product that guarantee compliance with the customer's specifications and define, in collaboration with the same department, the functional and dimensional checks to be carried out, in the various phases, on the assembly lines; Train team leaders and production staff on new production processes and the correct use of new machinery; Ensure the collection of data relating to productivity and ensure their processing in both forecast and final terms. For this role we're requiring the following experiences:
Engineering degree in technical subjects; Specific technical skills: excellent ability to read mechanical/electronic drawings; Excellent knowledge of mechanical/electronic assembly processes and related equipment/machinery; At least 3 years' experience in the role; Project management skills; Good knowledge of English; Knowledge of CAD system; Soft skills: proactivity, good communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving.
