ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Your duties include but are not limited to researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production. You will cooperate directly with Production, Quality, and Planning Departments to support improvement processes and achieve results. The Manufacturing Engineer uses knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs, searching for opportunities for improvement and elaborating business case studies. You will also develop relationships with other Regions and Departments, participating in benchmarks. Here are some responsibilities you will have: Analyze process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify opportunities to improve. Analyze process parameters, manage chemical and physical analysis on production steps to identify product characteristics and behavior. Manage DOE and testing plans to improve process parameter settings. Conduct problem-solving activities and identify solutions related to safety and quality improvement, cost reduction, and lead time reduction. Manage economics and elaborate business cases. Standardize and optimize processes. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You have a Degree in Engineering. You have at least 1 year of experience. You are team-oriented. You can work under pressure and deliver tasks timely. You are oriented towards digitalization and information technologies. You have good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint).
