ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Your duties include but are not limited to researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production. You will cooperate directly with Production, Quality and Planning Departments to support the improvement process and in reaching results. The Manufacturing Engineer uses their knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs, searching for opportunities for improvement and elaborating business case studies.
You also develop relationships with the other Regions and Departments, participating in the benchmarks. Here are some responsibilities you will have:
Analyze process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify opportunities to improve. Analyze process parameters, managing chemical and physical analysis on production steps in order to identify product characteristics and behavior. Manage DOE and testing plans in order to improve process parameter settings. Problem-solving activities and solution identification and implementation on topics related to safety and quality improvement, cost and lead time reduction. Manage economics and elaboration of business cases. Process standardization and optimization. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
You have a Degree in Engineering.
You have at least 1 year of experience.
You are team-work oriented.
You are capable of working under pressure and timely delivering tasks.
You are oriented to digitalization and information technologies.
You have good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint).
