ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Your duties include but are not limited to researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production. You will cooperate directly with Production, Quality, and Planning departments to support improvement processes and achieve results. The Manufacturing Engineer uses its knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs, searching for opportunities for improvement and elaborating on business case studies. Key responsibilities include: Analyze process measurements (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify opportunities for improvement Analyze process parameters, manage chemical and physical analysis on production steps to identify product characteristics and behavior Manage DOE and testing plans to improve process parameters setting Problem-solving activities and solution identification and implementation on topics related to safety, quality improvement, cost, and lead time reduction Manage economics and develop business cases Process standardization and optimization PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE If you: Have a Degree in Engineering Have at least 1 year of experience Are team-oriented Can work under pressure and deliver tasks in a timely manner Are oriented towards digitalization and information technologies Have good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) If you are ready for this challenge, we are waiting for you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
