Your duties include but are not limited to researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production. You will cooperate directly with Production, Quality, and Planning Department to support in improvement process and results reaching. The Manufacturing Engineer uses its knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs searching for opportunities for improvement and elaborating business case studies. You also develop relationships with the other Regions and Departments, participating in the benchmarks.Here are some responsibilities you will have:Analyze Process measurements (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify opportunities to improveAnalyze process parameters, manage chemical and physical analysis on production steps to identify product characteristics and behaviorManage DOE and testing plan to improve process parameters settingProblem-solving activities and solution identification and implementation on topics related to safety and quality improvement, cost and lead time reductionManaging of economics and elaboration of business casesProcess standardization and optimizationPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou have a Degree in Engineering. You have at least 1 year of experience. You are a team-oriented worker. You are capable of working under pressure and delivering tasks timely.
