Your duties include but are not limited to researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production. You will cooperate directly with Production, Quality, and Planning departments to support improvement processes and achieve results. The Manufacturing Engineer uses its knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs, searching for opportunities for improvement and elaborating on business case studies.Key responsibilities include:Analyze process measurements (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify opportunities for improvementAnalyze process parameters, manage chemical and physical analysis on production steps to identify product characteristics and behaviorManage DOE and testing plans to improve process parameters settingProblem-solving activities and solution identification and implementation on topics related to safety, quality improvement, cost, and lead time reductionManage economics and develop business casesProcess standardization and optimizationPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEIf you:Have a Degree in EngineeringHave at least 1 year of experienceAre team-orientedCan work under pressure and deliver tasks in a timely mannerAre oriented towards digitalization and information technologiesHave good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)If you are ready for this challenge, we are waiting for you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
