As Manufacturing Engineer you will support the designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment.
Here are some responsibilities you will have: Process Measurement Analysis: Analyze overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, and flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Process Parameters Management: Manage and analyze chemical and physical parameters of production steps to understand product characteristics and behavior.
Design of Experiments (DOE) and Testing: Manage DOE and testing plans to optimize process parameters.
Problem Solving and Implementation: Identify and implement solutions for safety and quality improvement, cost reduction, and lead time reduction.
Economic Management and Business Case Elaboration: Handle economic assessments and develop business case studies.
Process Standardization and Optimization: Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes.
