As a Manufacturing Engineer Specialist, you are responsible for developing an operational year plan for the manufacturing activities of the team, suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.Be part of the TeamAs a Manufacturing Engineer Specialist, you are responsible for:Providing Manufacturing Engineer activities at Nuovo Pignone Vibo, developing and supporting Shop Routings of Pressure Casing for Machining Operations and Fabrication, Tools Capability analysis, Instruction Sheets, Equipment Improvement, and Shop Fixture design.Acting with Lean Six Sigma approaches, evaluating MFG Process, and driving strategic projects to improve process capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety, and productivity.Connecting with Quality, Planner, and Suppliers to manage and collect First Piece and Special Process Qualification.Working with Manufacturing Engineers in other BH sites to leverage existing manufacturing process technology and spread the use of innovations and best practices developed around the world.Collaborating with Design Engineering to deliver Process Development, Manufacturing Analysis, and FMEA Risk Assessment.Collaborating with assembly-related functions to help develop and industrialize NPI Product/projects.Follow your PassionTo be successful in your role:Degree in Engineering - Mechanical preferred.Requested presence on site (Nuovo Pignone Vibo (VV), Calabria, Italy (IT)).Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory.EU Work Permit.Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and provide efficient solutions.Strong team-building skills.Ability to work in a matrix organization.Ability to create a real and positive change in the team environment.About Us:We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
