ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Plant in Pederobba (TV). The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Their duties include but are not limited to:
Researching automation techniques. Testing new systems for efficiency. Planning factory layouts to optimize production. Using knowledge of engineering and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs and improve processes. Developing relationships with other Regions and participating in benchmarks. Here are some of the responsibilities you will have: Ensure that the company's manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations. Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data to provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable them to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process. This includes process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation). Manage continuous improvement projects with 6 sigma analysis and method test plans (DOE). Review and calculate labor, material (direct and indirect), and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making. Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency. Benchmarking. Process standardization and optimization. You have a Mechanical or Material Engineering degree. You have 1-3 years of experience. You have good analytical skills, are flexible, and have great communication and organizational skills.
