Join us!Your role missionReporting to Site Manager and as part of Manufacturing team, you will successfully guide the implementation of initiatives at the San Miniato plant oriented toward process capability improvement.
The function encompasses designing, developing, improving and implementing manufacturing systems, devices, equipment, processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
The goal is secured through the analysis and subsequent optimization of existing systems, and through the study of new solutions for future implementation.Your scope daily tasksDefine the correct technical specifications.Define the industrial characteristics: capacity, testing cycle time, safety, repeatability.Ensure that all permits are issued in accordance with local regulations and guide the robotization of stack assembly.Define the correct layout for feeding the components to be assembled.Supervise the supplier based on predefined milestones for industrialization (preliminary acceptance, final reception...).Guide the technological transition of manufacturing leading projects to improve existing manufacturing processes or implementing new processes, including new equipment, machinery, facilities.Support production to improve its processes and reduce quality problems by creating clear processes and work standards (work instructions, control plans, routines).Your profileMaster's degree in Engineering; production methodologies certificates (lean, kaizen, kanban) will be considered a plus.5 years minimum experience in manufacturing; experience in project management and/or leadership roles are considered a plus.Ability to plan and lead an Investment Project working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively.Ability to define control processes and procedures, work instructions, routines and test procedures.Ability to run meticulous data analysis and synthesis of ideas for effective solution design.Ability to interact with local authorities.Experience in a multicultural working environment.Italian native speaker; fluent business English is a must, French is considered a plus.To move forward in an environment in constant motion like ours, you need to be solution-oriented agile, to have a result-oriented spirit, ownership sense of initiative at every level of the company.What we offerMcPhy's work environment culture:Safety as a No.1 priorityStrong corporate values: innovating, committing, adapting caringInternational dynamic environmentMulticultural highly qualified teamTeam spirit collaborationFlexible work model.Working conditions:Contract type details: permanent contract, full time, B3 level of Industria Metalmeccanica CCNLLocation: San Miniato (PI) - smart working 40-60Remuneration: 40.000-50.000€ + 10% MBO + profit sharingTravel requirement: occasional visits to parent company and providers' sitesSocial benefits:Meal vouchers 5,29€E-learning platformPublic transport reimbursement, free parking, canteen servicePension fundSupplementary healthcareWelfareMcPhy attaches great importance to the principle of non-discrimination in all its processes including recruitment processes.
