Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityBe part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture activities.Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.You will add value and expertise to the Reggio plant by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing and implementing plans to improve the quality, efficiency and yield of the operations; assist manufacturing work group in achieving business and technical objectives; support development of product standards, BOMs and recipesParticipate in the design and modification of equipment and assists in the commercialization of new products and processes; expand use of on-line measurement technologyWork closely with area improvement teams to facilitate employee involvement in improving production processes and reducing quality defects; focus also on improving material yield and optimizing supply usage through analysis of the material production / consumption and reduction of variancesParticipate in responding to customer requests / complaints; daily monitoring and analysis of process orders across Reggio PlantEnsure proper consumption of raw materials are executed for all process orders - works with operators to determine root cause of any consumption issues / reporting issues; support reconciliation of inventories to those in SAPYou Must HaveBachelor's or Master Degree in EngineeringEnglish Language CapabilitiesWe ValueProficient in SAP in a manufacturing environment preferredStrong communication skills and bias for action and result orientedStrong business acumen with the ability to drive process improvementsCertified Green/Black Belt - desiredPrevious experience in a 24/7 plant environmentOur offerA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environmentMarket specific training and ongoing personal development.Experienced leaders to support your professional developmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
