You will be part of a collaborative team that completes operations according to manufacturing routers, instructions, and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars.
Your position will be the focal point for daily production issues, continuous improvement projects, and the definition of costs and timing of the production steps.
You will collaborate with the MPE team from Florence to qualify new products and processes, develop new technologies, and optimize existing processes.Responsibilities:Giving support to the daily productionDefining costs and timing for all the coating & brazing processesDefining the operating instructions for production purposesDesigning and optimizing coating and brazing processesManaging continuous improvement projectsTo be successful in this role you need to:Show a good general knowledge of coating/brazing and post-coating processesDemonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentHave a proficient understanding of costs and timing allocation methodsDemonstrate good oral and written communication skillsShow good analytical skills and an attitude for problem-solvingBe capable of working effectively both in a team and independentlyHave strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approachWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
