As a Short Term Planner, you will be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the Customer.
You'll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials.
You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods, and procedures.

As a Short Term Planner, you are responsible for: Translating demand into production plans, ensuring they are delivered to meet internal customer requirements.
Establishing the planning and delivery processes, ensuring they are aligned with customer deliverables.
Participating in weekly production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholders.
Tracking Shop and Suppliers short-term plan, verifying consistency against Master Schedule and Long-medium term planning cycle time, internal shop and supplier capacity, hardware/tooling availability, and status to schedules.
Working within our ERP system (Oracle) to identify material requirements, analyze supply, and optimize inventory levels.
Overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues, and shop capacity.
Understanding and tracking key deliverables (OTD/VTC, SMI, inventory turns, WIP aging).
Show your passion: To be successful in this role, you will: Have a bachelor's degree in a STEM Subject.
Have the ability to analyze problems to fulfill the plan and work with other functions to solve them.
Be fluent in Italian and English.
Have an EU Work Permit.
Have the ability to work in a global environment.

Possess a self-starter attitude as well as a positive, courageous, and collaborative approach.
