lean, six sigma) to lead our team in Belgaum (Belagavi), Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Operations: Oversees the manufacture of products, ensuring profitable on-time delivery of world-class quality products.Continuous Improvement: Analyzes manufacturing processes and develops procedures to maximize productivity, minimize waste, errors, and downtime, and meet deliverables according to budget limitations and timetables.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective communication with customers, the executive team, employees, and external stakeholders.Team Management: Supervises purchasing, process engineering, quality control, production, supply chain, shipping & receiving, finance, maintenance, HR, health and safety, regulatory compliance, and performs other duties as required.Strategic Planning: Assists the CEO with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.You Should Bring A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.Excellent ability to understand and teach the improvement of manufacturing processes and quality, e.g.
by lean and six sigma methods.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Dedication to consistently conduct yourself in a manner consistent with our values.We Need Your Experience to Include: Implementing lean and six sigma methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Improvement of both manufacturing and quality control processes.
