For the well-established sales organization in Italy located in the Lombardy region our client is looking for you as aManaging Director (m/w/d) ItalyTasksFull P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in ItalyProviding proactive and dynamic leadership for a team of ten employeesSet up, further develop, and manage a dedicated channel network consisting of specialized distributors and dealersAnalyzing and identifying of potential new market segments and clientsStrategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awarenessDefining local mid- and long-term business plansDirect reporting to the German HQRequirementsTechnical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plusVerygood knowledge in the field of selling technical products through channel partners and specialized dealersSound experience business development and key account management, preferably incl.
