Establish and execute regular customer visits. Act as the main point of contact for major accounts and oversee complex negotiations.Market expansion: lead efforts to penetrate new markets and industry segments. Tailor market entry strategies to the unique economic and business environments within the region. Identify core industry segments and actively approaching them.Team development: lead & manage a high-performing regional sales & service team to achieve sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to drive excellence for the local team consisting of service technicians, spare parts sales and admin (total 5 people).Interface, reporting and communication: provide regular updates to the global leadership team, including detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, competition and strategic initiatives. Foster open communication between the region and the global headquarter.Financial Management: Oversee and manage the financial performance of the subsidiary, focusing on maximizing profitability through effective sales strategies and cost management. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and P&L.
