Managing Consultant Safety CultureERM is seeking a motivated Managing Consultant in Safety Culture with a passion for sustainability to join our growing team based in Italy.The role will be based in Milan but we offer flexible working arrangements.ERM has a strong network of EHS experts who come together globally to innovate our service offering for clients on a regular basis through our internal technical community.Joining us means working in a company that is innovative and committed to sustainability where EHS practices play an important role.
Our clients operate in sectors with complex regulatory environments, facing challenging issues around EHS and relevant performance management requirements.
Our team works with clients in energy, technology, and mining companies, through to multinational corporate companies to whom we deliver a range of services including EHS strategy, designing and implementing EHS management systems, compliance management support, and delivering audit programs; covering the breadth of environmental through to health and safety disciplines.Role ResponsibilitiesPlanning, implementation, and evaluation of training and workshops in the areas of occupational safety and health protection for our customers.On-site diagnostics to assess the current safety culture and develop tailor-made solutions to build a strong safety culture in our customer companies.Identifying risks, conducting risk assessments, and supporting the development of preventive measures to minimize accidents and environmental impacts.Advice and support for our clients in the implementation of standards and legal regulations in the area of occupational safety and health protection.Regularly review and update security policies and procedures to ensure they comply with current best practices and legal requirements.Travel regularly to our domestic customers.About YouCompleted studies or comparable training with a focus on environmental protection, occupational safety, health, or sustainability.Proven experience as an HS expert with in-depth knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection.Experience in conducting training and workshops as well as implementing safety cultures in companies.Analytical thinking and the ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions.Team player with a passion for environmental protection and sustainable business development.Excellent written and spoken Italian and English skills.To ApplyWe aim to build an inclusive culture by identifying, acquiring, developing, and retaining a highly skilled and high-performing workforce which reflects the diverse global marketplace in which we operate, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religious preference, sexual orientation, physical attributes, or educational background.If you share our values and are interested in this role, please send your CV and cover letter (in English) with your salary expectation.ERM does not accept recruiting agency resumes.
