Join us and build your exceptional experience and a better working world for all.To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Manager who will be primarily responsible for the following activities:Provision of quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment opportunities in the Energy and Utilities sector;Identification of the economical value of companies, business units, industrial projects and intangible assets;Financial modeling, forecasting and valuation in the Energy and Utilities sector and/or in Renewables;Development, maintenance and updating of economic-financial plans and models to support transactions, in the context of purchase/sale transactions;Contribute to the analysis, structuring and implementation of extraordinary and MA operations with regards to all elements of a financing nature;Drafting of documentation such as company profiles, pitches, teasers, information memorandum; presentations and legal agreements;Database and data room management;Preparation of the information set to support transactions;Candidate profileProven working experience track record of at least 4-6 years in Financial boutiques, Investment Funds, Corporate Finance roles;Focus and experience in the Energy and Utilities sector and/or in Renewables will be considered a preferential requirement in the selection process;Master Degree in Economics or Engineering;Robust analytical skills;Strong financial modeling, valuation and presentation skills;Ability to understand and anticipate customer expectations, proactivity in problem solving;Full knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint tools;What are we looking forWe are constantly looking for top performers who have an innovative and creative mindset, consistent with our values and vision.
