You'll provide expert advice and assistance to our clients and Group where required on:
- Corporate contractual and tax laws
- Tax treaties frameworks (DTT)
- Local VAT with focus on Yachting and Aviation
- Real Estate residential or commercial matters
- Oversee tax matters and assist our Client Service Directors with tax queriesParticipate in business development and participate in new products
**Your New Role**
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
- Advise on Business Law and Taxation, relating in particular to real estate investments
- Assist and advise clients with their tax issues, returns, and formalities
- Select and implement suitable structures in terms of tax efficiencies and estate planning
- Lead a book of onshore structures as Société Civile Particuliere or Société Civile Immobilière, responsible for client services delivery, billing and cash collections
- Counselled companies in the elaboration of corporate resolutions, such as amendments of articles of incorporation, change of Board of Directors, issuance of shares, social capital increases, drafting and registry of public deeds etc
- Point of contact for various parties such as solicitors, local or foreign banks, lawyers relating to assigned projects
- Provide support to the Managing Director with any client queries relating to tax and legal risk management
- Train support and share knowledge to the team
- Ensure Management Information and Key Performance Indicators are up to date
- Ensure compliance with company standard, policies and procedures
**What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team.
As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
- Masters degree in corporate tax law strategy
- Licences degree in corporate and business law
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English
- Commercial approach (desirable)
- Leadership skills in case of team creation or new department (desirable)
