Working closely with CIOs and CHROs, they analyse the strategic requirements and design top-tier solutions to advance from a traditional operating model to a digital transformation, through paperless processes and the use of data and analytics enabled by SAP SuccessFactors.We are looking for a professional with at least 6 years of experience on cloud HCM platforms, in particular on the SAP SuccessFactors platform.Specifically, you will be responsible for: collaborate in the drafting of offers and tenders for the technical and economic partcoordinating activities related to the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, setting goals and deadlinesthe analysis of business requirements through in-depth sessions and interviews with the business areas involved in the process from time to timethe maintenance of regular communication with stakeholders ensure satisfactioncontribute to the professional growth of the teamThe ideal candidate must have:at least 6 years of experience in national and international consultancy companiesexperience in team management and stakeholders relationsdegree in Economics, Management Engineering or Computer Science or other similar technical degreesprevious experience with SAP products, first of all SuccessFactors, but ECC, S/4, Concur, Fieldglass knowledge is welcomeKnowledge of the SuccessFactors Compensation process and experience in particular is required (Compensation and Variable Pay modules)Any knowledge or experience of Oracle, Workday, Cornerstone, Crossknowledge, Docebo or other HCM cloud solutions is appreciatedexcellent knowledge of English, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroadAre you a digital transformation professional who creates value for clients, builds strong internal and external relationships and promotes teamwork?
