**The team you will be a part of**:
The Strategy and Business Development team is responsible for the overall development, implementation and progress of strategic business targets.
Identifies, evaluates and negotiates acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and joint ventures.
Directs the planning and preparation of business proposals and makes recommendations to senior management.
**This role in summary**:
Responsible for co-leading the organization's strategic and long-range goals.
Familiar with a variety of the company's concepts, practices, and procedures, he/she is responsible to move on key strategic projects working closely with the rest of the organization and becoming a focal point for the other functions.
He/she together with the strategic Senior Director supports EMEA leadership team to implement regional strategic agenda.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Support creation of the long range plan according to the Regional business priorities
- Support Enterprise Leadership Agenda definition for the year
- Lead/co-lead priority strategic initiatives, especially in high cross-functional contests in different ways:
- perform detailed process mapping
- structure and solve complex problems
- structure and perform complex analyses
- implement project management, to coordinate different activities
- lead different stakeholders, even senior, to achieve project deliverables,
- update top management on progress
- play a pivotal role to grant the execution of priorities and to translate them into actionable plans
- provide analytical guidance to the project team
- prepare storylines and presentations to top managers
- Translate vision and strategic priorities into clear messages that can easily be vehiculated to the overall organization
- Manage and execute HR Processes ensuring their implementation for his own population
- Support talent management process (selection, development and career path)
- Ensure team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication
- Drive his group to act as catalytic element for the entire department and beyond
- Enable the right level of cooperation among functions
- Provide leadership and mentorship
**Minimum requirements**:
- 4-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Previous experience in commercial, brand and/or product marketing roles
- English language is a must
- Strong & passionate communicator
- Strong analytical and Project Management skills
- Ability to interact with cross functional stakeholders
**Preferred skills and experiences**:
- Management Consulting experience is a plus
- International background
- Italian language is a plus
