The core responsibilities of this role is to provide the financial expertise, analysis, and recommendations that enable efficient and effective decision-making within the business.This role is responsible for the execution, analysis, and preparation of period close, incremental funding requests, forecast analysis, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and ad hoc financial analysis to support the growth and strategic decision making of the business.
This role works closely with the Field Sales, PRGM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Brand Finance and others in the development and execution of business plans to ensure delivery of net sales targets and profitable growth of our business.Ways you will make a differenceProvide customer insight and analysis into drivers of change for key metrics: volume, price, margin and profitability by brand and/or pack-typeIdentify any fluctuations between the plan/forecast and actual sales trend, communicate with the sales team and develop solutions to drive salesProvide insights and analytics and work alongside Revenue Management to help the sales teams develop robust customer programming that delivers against AOP metrics and accurate business forecastsExecute trade management and support analysis for pricing events and promotionsDevelop strong relationship with Sales VP and sales teamCommunicate internally the status of all deductions via trade systemProvide insights and analytics to Sr.
