The purpose of this Manager Sales Finance position is to act as the primary Finance contact for the Field Sales teams with responsibilities spanning the Everyday Sugar, Everyday Fruit Snacks and Seasonal business units. The core responsibilities of this role is to provide the financial expertise, analysis, and recommendations that enable efficient and effective decision-making within the business.
This role is responsible for the execution, analysis, and preparation of period close, incremental funding requests, forecast analysis, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and ad hoc financial analysis to support the growth and strategic decision making of the business. This role works closely with the Field Sales, PRGM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Brand Finance and others in the development and execution of business plans to ensure delivery of net sales targets and profitable growth of our business.

Provide customer insight and analysis into drivers of change for key metrics: volume, price, margin and profitability by brand and/or pack-type Identify any fluctuations between the plan/forecast and actual sales trend, communicate with the sales team and develop solutions to drive sales Provide insights and analytics and work alongside Revenue Management to help the sales teams develop robust customer programming that delivers against AOP metrics and accurate business forecasts Execute trade management and support analysis for pricing events and promotions Develop strong relationship with Sales VP and sales team Communicate internally the status of all deductions via trade system Provide insights and analytics to Sr. Leadership to evaluate in-month and current quarter shipment estimates Execute net revenue and profitability analysis for incremental funding requests Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as required Eagerness to learn new skills and tools as needed to streamline work Skills that will make you successful
