Readiness Lead - Mico 2026 Olympic Games We are seeking a Readiness Lead to join the Olympics Team at Deloitte Consulting in Milan, working in Milan-Cortina HQ.The Readiness Lead is a critical role to prepare and ensure readiness across Technology services and operational support staff within the Service Delivery function through the lifecycle of the Milano Cortina 2026 Games.Your RoleThe Manager/Senior Manager will play a strategic role: leading a team, sharing their expertise and approach, they will be responsible for client relationships, fostering business development and also:• Maintain the operational calendar• Defines the Acceptance into Service governance and process to monitor and track compliance and operational readiness of Technology Services• Responsible for Readiness Exercises, including:- Test Events, support the OCOG lead in defining service scope and managing reporting and lessons learned- Technology Rehearsals, including strategy, scope, definition, briefings/debriefings, preparation of TR scenarios, planning and coordination, capturing lessons learned, providing and overseeing use of the TR tool- War Games, coordination with Cyber Security leading the activity- Other Technology Service specific events as required• Developing service management plans and preparations as they mature to Test Events and Games Time, including:- Definition of the Technology Resource Plan - Lead- ing the project for Service Providers to document and submit their operational policies and procedures and other key information using a consistent approach (such as organisation charts, contact lists etc) for inclusion in a central reference store• Collaborates with the Training team on the Technology Training Plan; leads the definition / delivery of the D.TEC central operations training scope to the OCOG and Service Provider staff (e.g., Processes and Tools of the Service Management Platform, user onboarding/offboarding, critical operational periods, service continuity)• Consolidate D.TEC resourcing requirements for the host city across all venues (Competitive, non-competitive, Technology Operation Centre) and plan/coordinate team Mobilization, including provision of accreditation, uniforms, transport, accommodation etc (liaising with MiCo, D.TEC Business Operations and other parties as necessary).
Liaise with the relevant counterparts to ensure uniformity with the mobilization of the teams in Remote TOC and SOC.Winning Requirements• At least 5 years relevant experience in Service Management and Service Delivery• Experienced in the planning and operation of major events• Comprehensive understanding of key ITIL processes• Credible team manager able to lead and represent the project at all levels of the organisation, including with MiCo and Service Proivders• Strong English language proficiency (both verbal and written).• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Milan (MiCo 2026) Headquarters with clients and team membersMake an Impact that MattersDeloitte is a leading global network of professional services firms with over 457,000 people in over 150 countries.
