The resource will be part of a very stimulate environment and will ensure the respect of all quality standards requested by the norms in force, through the guidance, coordination, and control of the activities related to Sampling & Raw Materials, Microbiological and Digital QC areas.
The role will develop & control assigned QC budget.
In collaboration with the QA department, ensure the review of the Quality Agreements according to current EU GMP, US GMP and the client needs.
Ensure the continued update of the operational procedures related to the QC area to align with the latest quality requirements.
Verification of quality compliance, audit management, staff training, in respect of the norms in force (current EU GMP, US GMP), and Corporate Standards.
Provides strategic vision and expertise for establishing and leading the Quality Control organization.
Establishes department goals and objectives in line with Corporate and site goals.
Leads all aspects of the people process including, hiring, on-boarding, performance management and employee development.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Scientific degree (e.g.
FCT, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology)
Technical skills:
- GMP
- Regulatory knowledge
- Knowledge of main analytical techniques
Professional background:
- Proven experience (about 5-8 years) in Quality departments in sterile pharmaceutical companies
Languages:
- Fluent English

- Negotiation skills
- Organizational skills
