Manager - Finance Business Planning Finance Business Planning Manager Key Responsibilities: The role has a broad scope to include development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's business plan. The primary focus will be leading all data analysis to help informed decision-making.
Main Workstream: Building business cases to evaluate new business opportunities or partnership renewal. Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management on performance, progress on projects, risks, and opportunities. Working actively with the Strategy teams regarding modeling and business plan hypotheses. Leading the work of cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, budgets, and a 5-year plan. Managing and maintaining a centralized repository of all business planning documents. Developing and implementing processes and tools to streamline and improve business planning activities. Identifying and recommending improvements to business planning methodology. Analyzing data and hypotheses with critical capacity aimed at a constructive challenge of the hypotheses and evaluating alternative scenarios to facilitate the identification of more profitable options. Conducting due diligence on third parties' business plans and industrial plans. Contributing to special projects and ad hoc analysis requests. Qualifications and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Strong background in both business and finance. 7+ years' experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategy development. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and other presentation software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English.
