You'll help us improve, inject innovation and create new ways of working.For our Manufacturing Solutions team in Bologna, Italy, we are therefore looking for a Manager, Dry factories.
In this position, you will contribute to PMI's Commitment on protecting the environment.
One of the tier 2 actions is about water stewardship.
The key role is to develop a global strategy to ensure a clean water management - like ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) or Dry Factory -, and to launch the according program to reach the defined targets.
This position is requesting a close collaboration with process design team, PMI's sustainability teams and with a different center of expertise.
You will:
- Havea College/University Degree in science or engineering (preferably Environmental, Energy or Industrial Engineering)-Have proven work experience with significant amount of time in Engineering or project management in an operations or equivalent complexity work environment.
-Have leadership experience at factory level or similar.
-Interpersonal skills:
customer-oriented mindset, inspiring change, ability to collaborate with a wide range of partners and diverse audience levels, agility, force of proposal, fast learner, perseverance.
-Language:
English - Proficient -PC Skills:
Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Power point, Knowledge Management Platforms, Collaboration Importante Aziendas, Change Management and internal consulting skills.
Other key skills:
