As such, we are now recruiting for the position of Manager Customer Facing Supply Chain CoE, as part of our new Supply Chain CoE in Bologna, Italy!
The role – As the Manager of the Centre of Expertise in Customer Collaboration within our Supply Chain Excellence team, you will lead a team of experts responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class customer collaboration strategies and processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, customer service, marketing, and supply chain operations, to enhance collaboration and drive mutual value creation with our customers.
Your 'day to day' – Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with key customers to understand their business needs, priorities, and challenges, and align our supply chain capabilities and solutions accordingly.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint business plans, demand forecasting processes, and inventory management strategies that optimize supply chain efficiency and service levels while meeting customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in customer collaboration processes, tools, and capabilities through the adoption of best practices, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer collaboration initiatives and drive accountability for results.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Customer Collaboration team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in customer collaboration within the company and the industry, contributing to the development of best practices, standards, and thought leadership content.
Work with IT for global digital portfolio streamlining and deliver cost reduction on IT landscape; define work with IT for infrastructural needs and assign product owner who will work with IT to prioritize resources.
Manage existing digital solutions, product backlog versions.
Manage on-going new digital projects.
Who we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Business or similar related fields.
Additional Supply Chain certifications desirable.
8+ years of working experience in Supply Chain Operations preferably in FMCG Industry.
Experience in leading and delivering large scale transformational projects and working standards.
People management experience.
Deep knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain end to end processes.
Business process modelling.
Quest for innovative improvements.
Senior stakeholders' management and influencing skills.
Cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work with ambiguity.
Problem solving.
