Role overview: This role will provide essential administrative support to the Local CEO, ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to our mission of simplifying global money movement.
How you will create impact: Provide high-level administrative support to the Local CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle incoming communications and requests, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the local CEO when appropriate.
Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation.
Assist in preparing for meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering materials, and taking minutes.
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
Coordinate office maintenance, including managing relationships with vendors and service providers.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and other company activities.
Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Requirements Nice to have: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) is a plus.
