What you will do As Manager - Operating System, you will lead the development, rollout, and implementation of the EMEALA Operating System.
The Operating System is designed to ensure performance accountability on a monthly cadence at both the General Manager and the Leadership Team level.
The system includes Commercial, Operational and Financial KPIs to provide a holistic view of performance and lead indicators for financial and operational outcomes.
This will be enabled through identifying key concerns at a local level to systematically problem solve performance gaps.
The program will lead to actions to close performance gaps that can be integrated into the transformation program and tracked in our transformation tool - Wave.
The operating system, once fully operational, will be the single source of truth for performance management and remediation actions.
How you will do it Drive the launch of scorecards and governance cadence, defining key drivers and KPIs for each business and function Collaborate with IT and Finance to develop, update and maintain the platform that will house all the KPIs Establish General Manager, EMEALA and Functional Scorecards with existing available metrics Review and settargets to align with Profit Plan performance improvement goals Review historical data and external benchmarks to develop target recommendations Launch the Performance Management Cadence Establish data capture needed to create new KPIs to cover blind spots not addressed by existing KPIs (e.g., Leading indicators, Corp communications, HR, Environment) Improve consistency and frequency of measurement across countries Assure service and installation operating cadence is consistent and functional in all local teams Coach and develop leaders across the region on the KPIs and operating cadence What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience Five or more years of experience designing KPIs, financial models, and operating system Strong analytical experience building models and working with large amounts of data High-level competency in written and verbal communication Strong presentation skills and proficiency in speaking to large audiences Able to lead and direct cross-functional and cross-business unit project teams to achieve business results Strong ability to negotiate, persuade and influence Strong proficiency in MS Office (excel, word, power point) Location:
