You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYSIS OFFICER in the Strategy and Future Requirements department (N5), Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia (CNREURAFSWA), Capodichino, Italy. Temporary promotions may be extended up to 5 years at the discretion of management and in accordance with applicable regulations. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and measure the effectiveness and efficiency of program processes; Assessing programs to recommend improvement of processes at a shore station; Implementing Joint, interagency, and international political/military systems and processes into EUCOM, AFRICOM, CENTCOM, and DoS systems and processes; Interpreting large amounts of data to draw conclusions and recommend appropriate courses of action; Developing a strategic business plan that links strategic outcomes with budgets and operational metrics to ensure long-term goals are met; Determining critical decisions in the planning, strategizing, coordination, management, and execution of programs to meet customer requirements.
