Management Analyst (Manpower)

You will serve as a Management Analyst (Manpower) in the Manpower Management Branch of COMMANDER US NAVAL FORCES EUROPE AFRICA and COMMANDER US SIXTH FLEET.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Implementing systems such as Active and/or Reserve TFMMS and TWMS to manage the personnel workforce;Using position management boards, FTE controls to relate to civilian billets authorized and all aspects of military manpower;Applying Quantitative/Quality billet management and manning/distribution to validate manpower requirements;Recommending end strength realignments in response to changing program emphasis, technological developments, function realignments, reorganization initiatives and COM priorities.NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
