DutiesYou will serve as the ACSA Program Manager within the CNE-CNA-C6F N4 Directorate.You will be responsible for establishing, planning, coordinating, negotiating, auditing, and executing cross-servicing agreements.You will assure proper execution of ACSAs during NATO Allies' and Partner Nations' participation in selected exercises.You will gather, analyze, and prepare ACSA data for decision and information papers, messages, briefings and statistical reports.You will compile, validate and submits ACSA support requirements and coordinate with U.S., NATO and Coalition Military Commands, Host Nation, and multi-national organizations.You will ascertain the effectiveness and efficiency of all matters related to the development, use, and maintenance of logistical resources.You will assist staff and subordinate units in obtaining logistics, supplies, services and support from NATO Allies and Partner-Nations.You will provide input for the evaluation of performance of team members and identify training needs.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Implementing Acquisition and Cross Service Agreement (ACSA) program policies to develop statements of requirements to support operations; 2) Applying US fiscal policies to interagency and international logistic management; and 3) Measuring the efficiency of logistics plans and integration issues between US Military and foreign nations.
