col-wideJob Description:The Management Analyst will support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) with its core mission including the advancement of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Data Strategy.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and support efforts to proactively identify data intake standardization and implement quality checks to result in quality data that has integrity and is interoperable and system agnostic.Identify gaps and support work to further mature data integrity across the USCIS enterprise.Conduct analyses to determine and report on root cause(s) of data issues.Document progress and status of data analysis to ensure awareness for submitter of data issue.Identify categories and trends of data issues and root causes to determine and recommend remediation procedures.Perform analysis and gap assessment of current data quality issue tracking and identify activities to improve maturity and use of quality remediation processes.Perform quality and interoperability checks on data sets developed for internal and external reporting or use that support agency operations.Perform root cause analyses of defects and other quality issues and provide recommendations for remediation. Support for on-demand and time sensitive information needs for decision makers, and analyses to meet the needs of the Agency.Identify and assess data and data lineage to ensure that quality monitoring is accurate and provides relevant feedback.Education & Certification BA/BS or MA/MS degreeWork Location RemoteAbout LukosLukos has been delivering professional services to the Federal Government for 15 years.
