We are now looking for a Man Buying Manager based in the HQ in Milan.
The role will be involved in boosting up the retail sales performance of the collection with the definition of the guidelines during the sales campaign and the planning of in-season activities.
The main activities include: Sales campaign guidelines: define the buying strategy to build up the collection according to the themes of the collection and the local market needs.
Orders Reviews with WW Merch teams.
Targeted in-season activities: ensure the consistency between the brand image and the collection and react to the market trends.
Consistently analyze in season sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and stock control to maximize product opportunities in the assigned category.
Cooperation with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that windows and in store image match corporate guideline Delivers trainings about new collections to the retail population transferring them buying strategy and assortments Requirements: Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role in Fashion/Luxury brands Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
