This person manages all ME Lab and Shop TAs within the Makerspace and faculty requests to use the Makerspace as classroom teaching space.
Requirements: Previous experience as ME Makerspace teaching assistant, 3D printer maintenance, in-depth understanding of 3D printing software, operation and maintenance of laser engraver, first aid, lab safety protocols, proficient in ME shop machines and tools. Advanced knowledge of CAD software, advanced knowledge of engineering drawings, advanced knowledge of Makerspace lab practices.
Additional InformationPhysical Demands Summary: Lab and metal shop environments; must follow all safety protocols and dress codes in place.
Wage Rate: $15 p/hour
