He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.Reports to Restaurant Manager.ResponsibilitiesAnticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience in line with our service standards.Cooperate with the Restaurant Manager for staff development; manage staff in everyday operations according to our standards and procedures.Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues.RequirementsEffective communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.Collaboration: be a role model for teamwork, and proactively go out of your way to help others.Drive results: set clear goals and expectations and maximize resource allocation to achieve them.Global perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level, or background.Be capable of advising on best selling prices and review regularly according to the Restaurant Manager's instructions.Other RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in the same role in the luxury hotel industry.Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is desirable.Experience preferably at an international level in a fine dining restaurant required.Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines.
