To convey such information and ideas to your line manager for the enhancement of customer expectation.• To have thorough knowledge of the hotel and its offerings to include food and beverage menus, events and future plans.• To have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law with regard to the following company regulations:-Licensing laws- Health & safety regulations- Food handling & hygiene laws- Fire regulations & procedures- First aid procedures• To be a good example of the company dress code and appearance standards.• Assist in ensuring adequate staffing to cover the business needs.• Deploying staff in an efficient way to ensure all mis-en-place and set standards are in place.• To ensure that the team work to an agreed rigid cleaning procedure.• To maintain and improve food & beverage profits by monitoring wastage and breakages.
