SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Must have a working knowledge of wood-working techniques and basic shop mathematics.Must be skilled in use and operation of common hand and power tools and measuring devices of the carpentry and painting trades to perform a variety of tasks.Must have knowledge of standard surface preparation and coating methods and techniques.Must have the ability to read and follow basic blueprints and sketches.If assigned to operate a motor vehicle, must have skills and knowledge to accomplish safe operation of vehicles operated.Qualifying experience must be clearly described in resume. Failure to clearly describe qualifying experience in resume may result in an ineligible rating or may affect the overall rating.
