N Position Type Non-Management Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting Maintenance Technicians to join the pre-opening team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role will cover any tasks related to the maintenance and repair of our hotel.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
The starting date is estimated in July/August.

The impact you'll make We believe that the Engineering department is vital for our guests' satisfaction.
You will go beyond the traditional idea of maintenance and embrace the innovation and the new systems that the Engineering department is implementing.
You will ensure that the Engineering team is always on top of things, motivated and knowledgeable.
What you'll do Respond and attend to guests and associates repair requests.
Communicate with guests/associates to resolve maintenance issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment.
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
Display basic knowledge in air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Perform repairs on all types of equipment and plumbing.
Program TVs and perform engineering-related inventory duties.
Use the internal company system before performing any maintenance work.
Perform repairs on landscaping and external sprinklers.
Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules.
What you'll need: Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and ideally English.
A safety-first approach.
Positive outlook and dependability.
Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
